Acadian Federal Resources Deploys Strike Team for Hurricane Helene Response

October 14, 2024

In late September, Acadian Federal Resources mobilized specialized strike teams to assist with emergency medical services (EMS) in the wake of Hurricane Helene’s landfall in the southeastern United States. The Acadian Ambulance team, consisting of 30 ambulances and 62 highly trained crew members, was initially stationed in South Carolina, ready to respond to critical needs and further deployment orders in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina.

In addition, the Safety Management Systems team dispatched a team of logistics and safety professionals to provide essential support across Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina, ensuring a coordinated and efficient response to the widespread impact of Hurricane Helene.

This joint effort highlights both organizations’ commitment to safeguarding communities and ensuring the swift delivery of emergency services in the face of natural disasters. The deployment is ongoing as the region faces long-term recovery efforts.

Acadian Federal Resources brings proven expertise to the Federal sector by consolidating Acadian Companies’ seven divisions — Acadian Ambulance Service, Acadian Air Med, National EMS Academy, Acadian Health, Safety Management Systems, Acadian Total Security, and Executive Aircraft Charter Service — into customized solutions to help agencies and organizations reach their goals efficiently and effectively.
