Phone: Call us Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 1-800-256-5646. Orders placed over the phone can pay by check or credit and debit cards. Credit and debit card orders placed over the phone require a $2.00 handling fee.

Mail: Mail orders can pay by check, money order, or credit and debit cards. Download and print the membership application. Fill out the form and mail it, along with your payment, to:
