
Carranza has been with Acadian Ambulance for 12 years and has worked in the company’s Northshore and Capital operations regions. She has served on the company’s ESOP Committee for the past three years, with this being her second year as the committee’s secretary. She has also served as co-chair and chair of the ESOP cook-off and leads the ESOP Social subcommittee.
“Carolina is a valued member of our ESOP Committee and has had an integral role in many of the committee’s projects. She is a champion of Acadian’s ESOP among her peers and is an outstanding role model for her colleagues,” said Acadian Vice President of PR & Marketing Randall Mann.
Acadian has been employee-owned since 1993. The company’s ESOP Committee members serve as liaisons to promote the benefits of participating in the ESOP and the values of employee ownership.
