Acadian Health has recognized Randi Boll as its 2026 Employee of the Year.
Boll, a Registered Nurse and licensed Paramedic, joined Acadian Health in August of 2024 and currently serves as a Project Lead for the company’s Eau Claire, WI operations. Boll was recognized for her kind, warm-hearted nature and genuine care both for her patients and her team’s well-being.
“Randi consistently receives high praise from team members and patients for her reliability and consistency. Boll embodies leadership by promptly covering shifts, ensuring the team has the supplies they need, training others, and ensuring the team maintains assignment readiness,” said Jeremy Coombs, Senior Director of Acadian Health.
Her commitment to safety is evident in her nearly perfect safety record, reflecting her concern for the public’s safety and Acadian’s long-term success.
