Acadian Ambulance Service of Texas is marking its 20th year of operations this month. In June 2006, Acadian Ambulance officially expanded its operations into Orange County, TX, and has since been a cornerstone of emergency medical services (EMS) in the state, providing advanced life support and compassionate care.
The company currently has more than 2,000 Texas-based team members, from EMTs and paramedics to dispatchers, van operators, EMS instructors, fleet maintenance, and support staff. It has nearly 500 ambulances and vans in service across the state.
Acadian Ambulance Texas has responded to tens of thousands of emergency calls, delivered countless hours of medical transport, and continually invested in cutting-edge equipment and highly trained personnel to ensure the best possible outcomes for its patients. Acadian’s Texas operations have earned accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS), the gold standard in EMS.
