Acadian Ambulance Service has officially begun 911 emergency response service in Liberty County, Texas, as of 12:01 a.m. on April 1. 

Acadian deployed a fleet of 7 ambulances to serve the county’s EMS response needs. Five local stations have been established with the assistance of Liberty County fire departments.

“We have had great conversations with the local fire, police, and sheriff’s department as we have prepared to begin operations. We’re excited to be part of the community and begin providing service to these residents,” Regional Vice President Jay Lewis said.

Nederland native Robert Crane serves as Operations Manager across Acadian’s Southeast Texas region. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations, system performance, and community engagement across the region.
