The Southwest Chapter of The ESOP Association presented four awards to Acadian Companies during its awards program in early March 2020.

Acadian was named as the chapter’s ESOP Company of the Year and awarded for Most Effective ESOP Committee among large companies, Communications Excellence for a poster design and Communications Excellence for intranet communications.

This is the second year in a row—and the sixth time since 2005—that the Chapter has named Acadian as Company of the Year. It is the fourth time that Acadian’s intranet and ESOP Committee have been awarded in this contest. This is the first time Acadian has won in the poster category.

The poster concept was developed by Safety Management Systems Billing Specialist Jodie Marietta as part of a company-wide contest. Acadian’s ESOP Committee chose the concept and Acadian Companies Graphic Artist Mary Blood created the final design that was submitted to the Southwest Chapter.

Acadian’s ESOP Committee Chair Tashia Swinton, Committee Member Danielle Solomon and Committee Member At-Large Hope Lewis represented the company at the awards ceremony, held in Grapevine, Texas.
