October 10, 2023—Acadian Companies is proud to announce the recent promotion of Angela LaGrange to the position of Director of Operations within the Acadian Total Security (ATS) division. Effective from October 1, 2023, Angela will assume a pivotal role in leading and shaping the company’s future.
With deep roots in Port Barre, Louisiana, Angela brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her new role. Having spent her entire career within the Acadian family, her journey began in July 2007 when she joined as an Alarm Dispatcher shortly after graduating from Port Barre High School.
Over the past 17 years, Angela has steadily climbed the ranks, showcasing her unwavering commitment to excellence. She has held various crucial positions within the organization, including Customer Service Representative and Billing Supervisor. Most recently, Angela served as the Operations Manager of Finance and Billing, where she oversaw the division’s financial operations, inventory management, and other critical support functions.
In her new capacity as Director of Operations, Angela will spearhead operational excellence across regional offices in Lafayette, Houma, and Baton Rouge. Her responsibilities include collaborating with market supervisors and senior leadership to set objectives, optimize operational performance, and develop and implement growth strategies that align with ATS’ values, business goals, and overall mission. Furthermore, Angela will assume responsibility for driving operational, financial, and team performance across all regional markets. She will also play a pivotal role in leading future growth and geographical expansion as the point person for strategic acquisitions.
