At the Acadian Companies annual meeting, Acadian Total Security recognized Monitoring Team Leader Javen Noel as its 2024 Employee of the Year.
Noel joined the team in September 2021 and has consistently impressed colleagues and clients with her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond.
“Javen’s exceptional customer service skills are unmatched,” said Brandon Niles, Vice President of Acadian Companies overseeing Acadian Total Security. “Clients consistently praise her professionalism, helpfulness, and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.”
Noel’s commitment extends beyond her own role. She actively participates in training new hires, readily takes on additional shifts, and covers for supervisors whenever needed, ensuring smooth operations and continued support for her team.

Javen is married to Kevin Noel, Jr., and their family includes their two children, Anni-Elle and Braxton, a dog, a cat, and a tortoise.
