At the Acadian Companies annual meeting and awards ceremony on May 9, Creative Developer and Analyst Jonathan Adams was recognized as Acadian Companies’ Support Department Employee of the Year. 

Adams joined Acadian in 2021 and is a member of the PR & Marketing team. He manages the company’s division websites, digital marketing campaigns and analytics, and works closely with Acadian Total Security on all of their marketing initiatives. 

“Jonathan was selected by our executive team not only because of his exceptional dedication, but because he represents the very best of what it means to support a company, a team, and a community,” said Acadian Companies Executive VP and CAO Blaise Zuschlag. “Whether it’s volunteering his time on weekends for charitable events, stepping up to lead key initiatives, or going the extra mile to improve our digital presence, Jonathan’s contributions consistently reach beyond his job description. His leadership has strengthened Acadian’s outreach, enhanced our online performance, and, most importantly, inspired those around him.”

Acadian’s support departments assist its seven divisions, and the winner is chosen from all employees in Acadian Client Services, Accounting, Administrative Assistants, Electronics, Executive Assistants, Facilities Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal/Risk Management/Compliance, Materials Management, PR & Marketing, Quality Improvement, and Safety and Wellness.

Zuschlag expressed the company’s deep gratitude to the support department, saying, “While our medics, EMTs, and team members are out in the field saving and protecting lives, none of it would be possible without the steady hands and faithful hearts behind the scenes. From communications to logistics, administration to maintenance —you are the backbone of this mission. Your dedication, efficiency, and grace under pressure allow us to reach people in their moments of greatest need.”
