At the Acadian Companies annual meeting on May 7, Recruiter Lindsey Leger was recognized as the National EMS Academy 2024 Employee of the Year. She was presented with her award by Senior Director of Staffing Taylor Richard.
Leger joined Acadian Ambulance in 2017 and worked in ground operations and dispatch before becoming the medic recruiter in the company’s Hub City, Central Louisiana, and North Louisiana regions.
“Lindsey has a great personality and is gifted in developing relationships with team members, and helping guide our candidates on their new career path,” Richard said. “Lindsey is always up for a challenge and she consistently leads the recruiting team with the highest number of recruits. She always has a welcoming smile and is a great representation of the National EMS Academy Way.”
