At the Acadian Companies annual meeting and award ceremony on May 7, North Louisiana Paramedic Dave Hubbard was recognized as the Acadian Companies ESOP Employee-Owner of the Year. He was presented with his award by Acadian ESOP Committee Chair Cameron Cormier.
Hubbard joined Acadian Ambulance in 2005 and has worked in numerous operations areas, including the Hub City, North Texas, New Orleans, Northshore, and North Louisiana. He has worked as a Critical Care Transport paramedic and quality improvement coordinator.
Hubbard has been a member of Acadian’s ESOP Committee since 2017. As a committee member, he has worked with employees to promote the benefits of joining ESOP and saving for retirement, and assists eligible employees in setting up their accounts.
Cormier said, “Dave has played a vital role in the planning and execution of all of our ESOP-related events. He is passionate about our company’s ESOP program, and is always looking for new ways to spread the word to new and existing employees.”
