Acadian Health is proud to welcome Brandon Pate as its new Director of Business Development. In this role, Pate will lead strategic growth initiatives, expand key partnerships, and develop new market opportunities that strengthen Acadian Health. He will also expand service lines, support revenue growth, and align business development efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
Originally from Azle, Texas, Pate brings experience in mobile and community-based healthcare. He most recently served with MedStar Mobile Healthcare in Fort Worth, Texas, where he advanced from Lead Paramedic to Manager of the Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) team. During his tenure, he led program development and strategic growth initiatives. In 2025, he oversaw the MIH team’s successful transition to the Fort Worth Fire Department, ensuring continuity of care for the community.
Pate holds a postgraduate certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Sciences from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Outside of work, Pate is an accomplished pianist and enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
