At the Acadian Companies annual meeting on June 2, HR Generalist Brittany Rhodes was recognized as the support department 2022 Employee of the Year. She was presented with her award by Acadian Vice President and CAO Blaise Zuschlag.
Rhodes is a resident of Broussard, LA, and has been with Acadian Companies since 2013. As an HR generalist, she assists with the hiring process for support departments and works with employees in multiple operational areas related to leaves of absence.
Rhodes’ colleagues who nominated her for the award said, “She continues to build relationships throughout the company and provides impeccable customer service. She is enthusiastic, innovative, hardworking, intelligent, helpful, and caring. She treats each and every Acadian employee with the same level of respect.
“Brittany is the epitome of what an Acadian support professional should be,” said Zuschlag when presenting the award.
Acadian’s support departments assist all six divisions, and the winner is chosen from all employees in Acadian Client Services, Accounting/Payroll/Payables, Electronics, Executive Assistants, Facility Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Information Technology, Materials Management, Runners, Legal/Risk Management, Mobile Health, HSE, Wellness, and Marketing/Public Relations.
