At the Acadian Companies annual meeting and award ceremony on May 2, Cameron Cormier was recognized as the Acadian Companies ESOP Employee-Owner of the Year.
Cormier, who serves as chair of the company’s ESOP Committee, joined Safety Management Systems in 2020 and worked tirelessly as a case manager, exhibiting an unwavering commitment to her job. She joined the SMS recruiting team in late 2022.
While relatively new to both Acadian Companies and the ESOP Committee, Cormier has quickly proven herself as a talented and dedicated leader. She was instrumental in the planning of numerous events for Employee-Ownership Month in October 2022 and the company’s ESOP socials in 2022 and 2023.
Cormier is a native of Lafayette, LA.
