Acadian Health is proud to welcome Nick Coffman as its new Project Manager. In this role, Coffman will work with cross-functional teams across Acadian Health to oversee, coordinate, and manage the completion of projects. His work will support both the company’s rapidly growing new and expanding markets across the country and initiatives focused on optimizing processes and creating best practices.
Originally from Oklahoma, Coffman began his career in EMS as an EMT in 2006 before becoming a paramedic in 2009. He has served as a frontline paramedic, training officer, operations supervisor, and community relations manager. In 2018, he became a therapy dog handler, working extensively with first responders to support mental health and wellness with his dog, Jude.
In 2022, Coffman joined the Project Implementation Team at Medically Home Group, now part of Dispatch Health, where he applied his clinical experience to building hospital-at-home programs.
“I’m excited to return to my paramedic roots while supporting Acadian Health’s mission of providing care to patients in their homes through Hospital at Home, Acute Care, and Clinic at Home programs,” said Coffman.
Outside of work, he has been married to his wife, Ashli, for 19 years, and they have two children, Cooper and Averi. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and following Formula 1 motorsports, and is a dedicated hockey fan.
