Acadian Companies Vice President of PR & Marketing Randall Mann serves as Vice Chair of the Communications Committee for the American Ambulance Association (AAA) and will be leading a seminar on crisis communications at their Annual Conference this June in Lexington, KY.
With over 25 years of experience, in public relations, marketing, and advertising, Mann’s presentation will guide ambulance service professionals through the critical role communications play during a crisis. His session will help ambulance services develop crisis communication strategies that keep everyone informed and ensure the organization can emerge stronger. “In a crisis, your communications team must act with the same urgency and precision as your operations team,” Mann said.
“I will teach strategies for crafting clear, consistent, and effective messaging that maintains trust, provides transparency, and guides each audience through the crisis,” said Mann.
Mann has been with Acadian Companies since 2009, starting as Director of Sales and Marketing for Acadian Monitoring Services before being promoted to Vice President, where now he oversees marketing efforts for all of Acadian’s divisions.
